    Two of our dedicated employees recently acquired Bearing Principles certifications from Affiliated Distributors (AD). These certifications validate their technical expertise, enhancing their ability to provide top-notch service and solutions to our customers. One team member completed a certification course on the Principles of Power Transmission hosted by AD, boosting our technical capabilities. Additionally, another employee earned a Bearing Specialist certificate from the Bearing Specialists Association, further solidifying our commitment to maintaining a knowledgeable and skilled workforce.

    Internal Training Sessions

    To streamline our operations and improve pricing strategies, we sent sales and operations team members to specialized training on our ERP system, Epicor Profit21. This training covered crucial aspects such as pricing and vendor rebates, empowering our team to optimize these areas for better efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    Leadership Development

    Our leadership team recently embarked on a strategic visit to the headquarters of a large peer group to discuss and develop industry best practices. This visit, a key part of our continuous improvement initiatives, was instrumental in gaining insights and strategies that can be implemented at Apex to further drive our growth and success.

    Specialized Training on VFDs

    One of our engineers attended a specialized training session by WEG on Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
